Main tasks

• Independent execution of production and packaging work
• Preparing and providing packaging materials (folding cardboard)
• Placing cheese slices, rolls and rosettes at the system from the conveyor belt
• Shaping cheese slices into rolls
• continuous visual control of cheese quality
• Placing configured consumer packs into cartons
• Checking the presence of a marking label
• Cleaning and disinfection of the systems, required items and surroundings
• Basic cleaning of the various rooms
• Cleaning and disinfection of the staff facilities as well as sanitary facilities
