Production Worker - Assembly/Quality Inspection 100% (m/f/d)

For a successful company with industrial production in the region of Wohlen AG, we are looking for several employees for the following activities:

Description:

• Precise assembly of components, modules and end products in strict compliance with technical drawings, work instructions and bills of materials.
• Execution of close-knit quality controls: Comprehensive testing, functional and visual inspections to ensure maximum dimensional accuracy, completeness and freedom from errors.
• Active quality assurance: Early detection of deviations in the assembly process as well as initiation of corrective measures to avoid scrap.
• Seamless documentation of work and inspection results according to applicable quality standards.
• Consistent compliance with all safety and quality specifications to maintain our high product standards.

Interface function: Close coordination with the production team and the quality department for the continuous optimization of manufacturing quality and prioritization of critical inspection steps.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training with an additional qualification or sound experience as a quality inspector.
• Strong quality awareness and a trained eye for detail in error detection.
• Manual dexterity combined with an extremely careful and precise way of working.
• High reliability, teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good German skills (level B2 / C1) for seamless documentation and coordination with the quality department.
• Willingness to work in the day shift (Flextime) with flexible assignments from Tuesday to Saturday as agreed with the Head of Assembly.
