Your tasks

• You carry out commissioning as well as maintenance and repair work on buildings, systems and furniture and ensure the operational readiness of the property.
• You carry out repairs of all kinds independently within your own area of responsibility and operate technical systems according to clear specifications.
• You process orders in the order management system (SVM) including time and material recording.
• You support transports, moves, clearances as well as inventories and the distribution of materials.
• You carry out security and control rounds, undertake simple cleaning work if necessary and initiate measures in the event of pest infestation and perform on-call duty.
• You provide technical guidance to employees from integration and employment programs and support them in their everyday work.

Your profile

• Completed manual-technical training (e.g., Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ) or equivalent qualification as well as driving license Cat. B
• Sound practical and implementation experience in property maintenance or in a comparable manual-technical environment
• Manual skills in various trades as well as basic knowledge in safety, cleaning and technical systems
• Basic knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with IT systems for building and property management
• Good oral and written German skills (at least level B2, ideally C1)
• Independent, reliable and resilient personality with high commitment as well as openness in dealing with people from different cultures and team-oriented, appreciative communication
