Watchmaking Visitor (M/F) at 100%

Confirmed experience in visiting or quality control in watchmaking (minimum 2 years), ideally on high-precision components (luxury, mechanical or quartz watches).
Mastery of control tools: binocular, loupe, marble, caliper, dial indicator, profilometer, etc.
Knowledge of watchmaking aesthetic criteria: finishes (polishing, satin finishing, perlage), dimensional tolerances, cleanliness of parts.
Rigor and meticulousness: ability to detect micrometric defects and to work on series or prototypes.
Autonomy and organization: management of one's workstation, respect for rhythms and quality objectives.
Reading of plans and understanding of operating ranges.
Software: Excel, traceability software (Quick Contrôle, SAP, etc.).
Quality requirement and sense of detail.
Patience and concentration for repetitive but precise work.
Team spirit to collaborate with assemblers, polishers and quality managers.
Discretion (work on high-value parts or confidential prototypes).
