Production Operator - assembly and tray loading (m/f)

Position :

• Meticulously manipulate high value-added parts by hand or using tweezers
• Read and understand work instructions in order to select the appropriate part supports (jigs) and assemble the parts according to instructions
• Wash parts in the corresponding washing line, according to the adequate program
• Control parts at different stages of production (self-control) in order to validate the operations performed before moving to the next step
• Disassemble the parts and store them in suitable packaging
• Precisely fill out documentation (manufacturing order, etc.) and stamp operations on tablets.

Profile :

• Know how to use work tools adapted to the assembly and manipulation of parts (protective gloves and finger stalls, tweezers, microscopes, white light, various jigs, binocular)
• Experience in the manipulation of high value-added watchmaking parts
• Demonstrate experience in a similar field requiring precision and dexterity
• Demonstrate meticulousness, dexterity, and rigor
• Possess good practical sense and show initiative
• Clean criminal record and no ongoing debt enforcement
