Polymechaniker/in

For our client – an established and quality-conscious company in Ormalingen – we are looking for an experienced Polymechaniker 100% with several years of professional experience who works independently, thinks ahead, and delivers top quality.

Your tasks:

• Independent programming, setup, and operation of modern CNC machines (turning/milling) as well as demanding conventional machining
• You check your workpieces independently and ensure that only flawless parts leave the workshop
• You contribute your experience to make manufacturing processes more efficient
• You work closely with the production management and pitch in wherever your know-how is needed

Qualifications

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Polymechaniker EFZ
• You bring sound, several years of practical experience (preferably you are already firmly established in professional life for several years)
• You know the local working environment, quality requirements, and communication channels in the Swiss industry from your own experience
• You have business fluent command of German in speaking and writing (understanding of Swiss German is required)
• Reliable, solution-oriented, clean in working, and with high self-expectations regarding the end product
