• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders
• Coach and lead teams professionally and personally
• Perform self-designations and calculate works
• Develop AVOR, including material and resource planning
• Monitor quality, deadlines and costs
• Guarantee occupational safety and health protection
• Where suitable, build up and promote junior staff
• Depending on profile and know-how, further develop digitalization

Additional requirements:

• Basic training and wealth of experience on the construction site
• Diploma in construction management or comparable further training
• Infectious enthusiasm for civil engineering and road construction
• Communicative strengths as well as the ability to approach problems proactively, calmly and in a solution-oriented manner
• Proficient use of MS Office and construction software
