Polymechaniker/in with focus on metrology

Activities

• independently operate 3D coordinate measuring machine and create programs for it
• independently carry out quality inspections on various compressor parts
• analyze measurement results and document test reports
• independently draft and manage Non Conformance Reports (NCR)
• provide metrological consulting for internal and external employees
• Requirements
• completed vocational training as Polymechaniker or Maschinenmechaniker
• sound practice in metrology and quality control
• familiarity with 3D coordinate measuring machines, ideally knowledge in CMM programming from Hexagon
• experience in the safe handling of an overhead crane up to 20 tons
• routine handling of Office365, SAP and WAY as well as good German skills
