Do you also appreciate contact with customers and days that are not alike? This position might appeal to you. We are looking for a person to install, maintain, and repair copiers and printers at our customers' premises, as well as various equipment in our workshop. ### Your missions * Install and commission devices at customers' premises, then verify their proper functioning. * Diagnose breakdowns and perform repairs on-site, as well as preventive maintenance of equipment. * Prepare and overhaul new or used copiers before their delivery or return to service. * Repair other devices in the workshop, including video projectors, touch screens, document shredders, and plotters. * Explain your interventions to customers and ensure clear follow-up: intervention reports, closure of breakdowns, and transmission of useful information to the team. * Participate in the setup and proper maintenance of our exhibition space. ### Your profile You have relevant technical training or experience, for example in mechanics, electromechanics, or maintenance. You like understanding the origin of a breakdown and finding a concrete solution. Autonomous, organized, and reliable, you also appreciate contact with customers and teamwork. Excellent command of German, both spoken and written, is indispensable. You also possess a manual driver's license and are available to intervene notably in Suisse Romande as well as in Suisse Allemande. You have never worked on copiers?
