• CFC or equivalent training in a technical trade (mechanic in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, automotive maintenance) * Solid technical skills, affinity for heavy vehicles * Theoretical and practical knowledge in hydraulics as well as electricity is an asset * Mastery of different welding techniques is an asset * Ability to adapt quickly and dynamic working method * Sense of responsibility, reliability and creativity * Technical curiosity and ease in assimilating new knowledge * Team spirit, sense of initiative and great autonomy
