Automation Technician with a focus on assembly and commissioning

Activities

• Mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assembly of special machines and their components.
• Precise assembly of mechanical precision components.
• Electrical wiring of special machines.
• Commissioning, testing and preparation of the machines for quality acceptance.
• Independent functional testing and troubleshooting.
• Occasional, short assembly assignments abroad.
• Documentation, software validation and quality assurance.
• Preparation of the machines for shipping.
• Requirements
• Completed training as Automatiker/in EFZ.
• Sound knowledge in pneumatics, electrical engineering and mechanics.
• Experience in electrical assembly and in the assembly of mechanical components.
• Independent, precise and structured way of working.
• High quality awareness and eye for detail.
• Teamwork skills, resilience and customer orientation.
• Fluent German skills, good English skills are an advantage.
• PLC and PC knowledge (MS Office) are a plus.
