• Management and personnel leadership of the service team in the field of ventilation and air conditioning
• Support and active expansion of customer portfolios through the acquisition of new service contracts
• Planning of resources and routes as well as organization of the on-call service to ensure trouble-free service processes
• Creation of calculations for service offers, procurement of materials as well as control of the budget and billing of orders
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Requirements
• Completed basic training EFZ with comprehensive professional experience in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology
• Experience in the service processing of ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Preferably leadership experience in the technical service environment
• Pronounced quality awareness, negotiation competence and strong service orientation
• Confident German in speaking and writing as well as valid driver's license Kat. B
