You bring the following with you:

Good German skills mandatory
Certificate of competence as a tiler/floor layer or several years of experience
Driver's license Cat. B
good material knowledge (natural stone, ceramics, glass mosaic, special building materials)
Organizational thinking, flexibility and reliability
a high degree of initiative, resilience and independence
Enjoyment of working in a team
