Electrician CFC (M/F/D) — Photovoltaic connection & commissioning — Neuchâtel / Vaud

The company

Capner is a Swiss energy transition company. From our headquarters in Neuchâtel, we install complete solar solutions: photovoltaic panels, inverters and batteries, charging stations, ... Objective: to make our customers more energy independent.

Our construction sites are mainly located in the canton of Neuchâtel, from the Littoral to the Mountains (Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Le Locle), and in the canton of Vaud: Lausanne region, La Côte, Nord vaudois up to Yverdon-les-Bains.

To keep up with the pace, we are strengthening our alternating current (AC) sector. The installation of panels on roofs is handled by other teams. You, you intervene on the electrical panel side, at the moment when the installation comes to life: connection, commissioning, first kilowatt-hours produced.

Your mission

• Connect installations on the alternating current (AC) side: inverter ? electrical panel connection.
• Install and wire the smart meter.
• Carry out the complete commissioning of the photovoltaic installation, according to the rules of the art.
• Activate and configure the AI management of the installation (control application).
• Intervene autonomously on Neuchâtel and Vaud construction sites, according to the schedule fixed with the electrician manager.
• Report any technical blockage or non-compliance that exceeds your scope to the electrician manager.

Your profile

Mandatory

• CFC as an electrician.
• Desire to develop your skills in photovoltaics and to gain autonomy, from connection to commissioning.
• Taste for clean, neat work in compliance with standards.
• Residence in the canton of Neuchâtel or Vaud, or nearby, as construction sites are distributed between these two cantons.
• Authorization to work in Switzerland.
• Driver's license indispensable for travel between construction sites.
• Fluent French.

Assets

• Experience in photovoltaics: inverters, smart meter, batteries.
• Ease with digital configuration tools.
