Your tasks:
Service orders: Independent planning, organization, and professional execution of service orders
Quality management: Implementation and compliance with quality standards as well as the corporate mission statement
Customer management: Professional support of existing customers as well as targeted expansion of the relationship network
Quotation system: Creation of quotations for small orders and additional works
Reporting & billing: Careful maintenance of the reporting system as well as preparation of billing documents
Material & equipment: Independent material procurement and organization of the required equipment
Tools & vehicles: Care and maintenance of tools, measuring instruments, and vehicles
Apprentice supervision: Practical training, guidance, and promotion of the assigned apprentices

A completed vocational apprenticeship as an Electrical Installer EFZ
Good knowledge in measurement technology as well as a confident intuition in fault finding
A clean and structured way of working
