Shunter Kat. A40

Tasks:

• Management of shunting operations according to Kat. A40 in stations and on connecting tracks
• Train preparation according to FDV
• Transshipment of swap bodies with vehicles between trucks and railway wagons (horizontal transshipment)
• Loading and unloading as well as provision of swap bodies
• Mounting and dismounting of swap bodies
• Delivery and collection in compliance with deadlines and customer specifications
• General transshipment work

Requirements:

• CH driving license category B mandatory as well as completed training A40
• Readiness for shift work, assignments from Mon-Sun, as well as on public holidays
• reliable, punctual and responsible personality
• high performance and commitment
• good German skills in speaking and writing
• affinity for modern communication tools and handling of computers
• good physical condition
• experience in the refrigerated and/or swap body area is an advantage
