Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the technical execution of construction sites in the field of building construction
• On-site, you lead the construction site personnel professionally and, in cooperation with the construction management, are responsible for deployment planning
• Throughout the entire execution, you take over the project controlling and, together with the construction management, monitor costs, deadlines, and quality
• You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have basic training in building construction/property maintenance and, advantageously, further training as a foreman or site supervisor, or you possess the corresponding professional experience
• With your open and positive manner as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you succeed in motivating and leading people
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and business partners on-site as well as interest in business management contexts
• In everyday work, you show initiative and a sense of responsibility
