Construction Manager Structural Engineering and/or Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Independent management and coordination of construction projects in structural engineering and/or civil engineering
Planning, organization and monitoring of all construction site processes
Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality and occupational safety
Coordination of contractors, suppliers, authorities and other project participants
Ensuring professional execution according to plans, specifications and quality standards
Continuous control of construction progress as well as early detection of deviations
Initiation of suitable measures in the event of deadline, quality or cost deviations
Organization and coordination of personnel, material, machines and other resources
Execution and control of the reporting system
Preparation and checking of measurements
Processing and coordination of additional works
Support with construction billing and cost controls
Management and coordination of employees and external partners on the construction site
Ensuring a smooth flow of information between all participants
Accompanying the projects until successful completion and handover
Active participation in the optimization of construction sequences and processes

Your profile:
Completed training in the construction industry
Ideally further training as a Construction Manager, Technician HF, Site Manager or a comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in structural engineering and/or civil engineering
Good knowledge of construction site organization and project implementation
Experience in cost control, scheduling and quality assurance
Confident handling of the reporting system, measurement and construction billing
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Clear and professional communication with employees, clients and project partners
Assertiveness and a confident appearance on the construction site
Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong awareness of costs
High awareness of quality and safety
Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
Decisiveness and willingness to take responsibility
Very good German skills in spoken and written
Enjoyment of working with different specialists and project participants
Passion for the construction industry and the ambition to complete projects reliably and successfully
