Your task ##

• Analysis of incoming devices as well as diagnosis of technical errors
• Performance of repair, maintenance, and service work on electronic devices
• Technical specialist contact person for internal departments as well as female and male customers
• Creation of cost estimates and processing of repair orders
• Performance of functional and quality controls before return
• Processing of orders up to invoicing

Your profile ##

• Completed basic technical training as Elektroniker EFZ, Multimediaelektroniker EFZ, Elektroinstallateur EFZ, Automatiker EFZ, Automobilmechatroniker EFZ or comparable
• Quality awareness and reliable work organization
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in troubleshooting
• Open to regional travel
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
