• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic problems of vehicles.
• Perform minor repairs on-site or organize towing if necessary.
• Ensure quality customer service and reassure drivers in stressful situations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Respect safety standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications ###

• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Mastery of French (oral and written), other languages are an asset.
• Heavy goods vehicle permit mandatory.
• Must live around Nyon.
• Flexibility to work at night, weekends, and public holidays.
• Mechanic diploma would be preferable.
