The Wohn- und Arbeitsintegration Westwind is a social institution that provides living and working spaces for people with cognitive or psychological impairments. Together with this target group, we rock the daily working routine and complete customer orders with full commitment.
A highlight of our activity is the garden area: Our team is practically always on the move, from garden to garden and from construction site to construction site. We redesign outdoor spaces, spruce up existing facilities, and ensure that green spaces, paths, and squares look well-maintained all around.

Your tasks
You accompany small groups of 2–5 people with support needs through the day and provide them with technical and pedagogical guidance during various tasks.
In landscaping, you professionally implement new designs and redesigns. From paving and walls to plantings and smaller construction projects.
In garden maintenance, you care for green spaces, lawns, hedges, flower beds, and paths, ensuring that everything remains in top condition.
Winter service, machine maintenance, material organization, or spontaneous assignments. You roll up your sleeves for whatever is currently at hand.
Is there a crisis somewhere with the other groups? Then you are on the spot.
Of course, everything runs according to our care processes, and you are also present at meetings.
Requirements
Very important: You are full of energy, funny, and truly enjoy the job. Additionally, you love contact with people.
You have completed training as Landschaftsgärtner/in EFZ and bring sound professional experience. You know your craft and know what you are doing.
You want to pass on your expertise and guide and accompany people with support needs during work.
You have power, work cleanly and independently, see what needs to be done, and have your work under control.
You possess a driver's license Kat. B. Do you also have the trailer test? Even better!
You understand dialect and are proficient with digital tools.
