Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with CAM experience

Activity

• program, set up and operate 5-axis turning/milling centers (DMG Mori)
• manufacture workpieces from nickel- and cobalt-based alloys
• carry out independent programming directly at the machine and at the CAM workstation
• check finished parts and ensure their documentation
• manufacture clamping jigs, fixtures and prototypes
• Requirements
• completed apprenticeship as Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable training
• several years of experience in mechanical processing
• sound knowledge of Siemens controls CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma
• good to very good knowledge of Mastercam and preferably CAM experience
• independent and precise way of working with high quality standards
