Metalworker - Project Manager with project responsibility and team leadership

Activity

• Assume project responsibility from order acceptance to final handover
• Ensure deadlines, costs and quality standards during the project
• Coordination and communication with architects, general contractors and planners
• Optimize construction, material use as well as workshop, transport and assembly processes in cooperation with partners
• Conduct supplier negotiations and create ongoing contract monitoring including supplementary offers
• Requirements
• Completed training as Metal Construction Designer EFZ or Metalworker EFZ
• Professional experience or further training in project management is an advantage
• Highly developed organizational skills and team orientation
• High flexibility and confident negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in implementing own ideas
