Production Mechanic - Specialization Metal Pressing

Activities

• Operation of manual, hydraulic, and CNC-controlled pressing systems for the processing of components
• Maintaining and updating work documents including time recording at the BDE
• Performing general tinsmithing work such as grinding, straightening, and bending
• Carrying out daily maintenance of the pressing systems
• Participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP) to optimize processes
• Requirements
• Completed training as a production mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or a comparable metalworking qualification
• Experience in the forming of sheet metal components, especially in deep drawing and/or pressing
• High quality orientation in complying with work specifications
• Technical understanding combined with strong manual skills
• Precise, reliable way of working and good German language skills
