Workshop Manager (100 %) ##

Here is what you will have to do:

• You are the contact person for all organizational and infrastructure questions related to the Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne site
• You plan and organize the maintenance and repair work of our aerial work platforms and other cutting-edge equipment for your colleagues, and you actively participate in these tasks
• You perform quality controls and verify equipment professionally and systematically using state-of-the-art diagnostic devices in order to detect safety defects and malfunctions
• You resolve malfunctions and breakdowns on our rental equipment directly at the customer's site, thanks to our perfectly equipped service vehicles
• You manage the deliveries and returns of all elevating platforms on the site and participate in the training of our renting customers on the use of the work platforms
• You ensure the human and technical management of your colleagues

Here is what you must bring:

• Initial training in a mechanical trade, preferably as an automobile, heavy goods vehicle, agricultural machinery or construction machinery mechanic, or as a mechatronics technician
• Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics is an asset
• Category B driving license; categories BE and C are an asset
• Forklift driving license or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in managing a small team is an asset
• Very good command of German; a good command of English is an asset
• Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit and customer orientation, with a passion for the profession in your blood
