Tasks:

• Manufacture of demanding and complex glass apparatuses at the bench burner as well as at the rotary and rolling bench
• Professional training, promotion and support of the apparatus glassblowers as well as the apprentices
• Deputy for the Head of Glass Production in his absence
• Collaboration on development projects as well as introduction of new production technologies
• Support in the manufacture of molds, tools and gauges
• Collaboration in the continuous optimization of production processes
• Manufacture of custom individual productions as well as series productions

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in the manufacture of complex glass apparatuses
• Enjoyment in passing on specialist knowledge and promoting employees
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality awareness as well as a reliable way of working
• Team player and responsible personality
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Good MS-Office skills as well as experience in handling ERP systems
