Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy practical work, maintain an overview, and ensure that buildings and facilities function reliably through your commitment? Do you like working independently, precisely, and in a structured manner? Then you are exactly right with us!

Your main tasks

• Regular inspection and assessment of the properties and building infrastructure, reporting any defects if necessary
• Operation and monitoring of the building technical systems; initiating repair work and troubleshooting
• Accompanying and supervising external craftsmen
• Planning, coordination, and execution of all maintenance work (garden / facility management / winter service)
• Leading the cleaning staff and assisting with cleaning
• Waste separation and disposal
• On-call duties

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in facility management EFZ or in building technology, as well as ideally further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence
• Experience in building maintenance and cleaning
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Organizational talent and an independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
