In order to complete our technical office, we are looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, available immediately or by agreement, capable of studying projects, preparing precise offers, and ensuring their administrative and financial follow-up.

🎯 Your responsibilities

• Preparation of quotes and measurements
• Study of plans and tender documents
• Preparation of submission files
• Price requests from suppliers and subcontractors
• Analysis and comparison of offers
• Establishment of amendments and statements of account
• Collaboration with management, the technical office, and site teams

👤 Your profile

• Training in the field of landscaping, outdoor development, or construction
• Experience in calculation, measurements, and tenders
• Good reading and understanding of plans
• Ease with numbers and mastery of standard IT tools
• Knowledge of Baubit software is an asset
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is appreciated
• Rigor, autonomy, reliability, and organizational skills
• Good team spirit and good communication skills
