For our client, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a caretaker who enjoys taking responsibility and takes pleasure in independently looking after "their" properties.

🔧 What to expect:

-You will take over a fixed assigned area with around 30–50 properties and ensure that everything runs smoothly there.
-In doing so, you are not just on-site – you are the contact person for your properties and maintain the overview.

Your tasks include, among others:

-Independent care and inspection of your properties
-Ensuring cleanliness, order, and a well-maintained appearance
-Inspection of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
-Minor repair, maintenance, and environmental work
-Gardening work and winter service
-Organization and coordination of arising work
-Inspection of machines, vehicles, and materials
-Contact with property managers, administrations, tenants, and employees
-Recognizing and independently solving problems on-site
-Documentation of the work performed
-If necessary, also picking up the broom or tool yourself once in a while 😉

In short: You ensure that your properties function, are well-maintained, and that the people in them feel comfortable.

👨🔧 What you bring with you

You do not necessarily have to have taken the classic path through training as a caretaker. Much more important is that you think practically, roll up your sleeves, and can take responsibility.

Ideally, you bring:

-Experience in a manual or technical activity, e.g., plumbing, heating, electrical, facility management, or a similar industry
-Very good German skills in speaking and writing
-Technical understanding and manual dexterity
-An independent and reliable way of working
-Initiative – you do not wait for someone to tell you what to do
-Enjoyment in contact with people and a friendly appearance
-Sense of responsibility and organizational talent
-Driver's license Cat. B
-Confident handling of a vehicle with manual transmission
-Enjoyment in working in a team
