What you can contribute

• Ensure the commissioning, monitoring, control, and regulation of technical installations (heating, air conditioning, filters, ventilation, water and energy supply); control and maintain all technical infrastructure (in terms of functionality and safety)
• Perform maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, repair, and overhaul work
• Ensure the handover and takeover of infrastructure
• Supervise and receive work performed by private companies
• Undertake and monitor various outdoor landscaping, salting, and snow removal works

What makes you unique

• CFC in a technical or manual field with several years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of installations, buildings, and structures
• Category B driver's license and good knowledge of IT tools
• Flexibility, rigor, autonomy, and availability to perform on-call services and interventions outside of ordinary working hours
• Good contact with customers, team spirit, and a strong sense of service
• Great capacity for adaptation and willingness to learn
