Your tasks

• Technical leadership and coordination of a scaffolding team
• Planning, organization and monitoring of assembly and disassembly work
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Contact person on the construction site for site management and customers
• Control of materials and workflows
• Instruction and support of new employees and apprentices

Your profile

• Completed training as a scaffolder or several years of experience in scaffolding
• Experience in leading a team is an advantage
• Responsible, independent and reliable way of working
• High safety and quality orientation
• Physical resilience and freedom from vertigo
• Driver's license category B (advantageous)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
