• Perform maintenance work on bridge systems as well as other polyvalent engineering material
• Manufacture workpieces, individual components, and mechanical devices and create technical documentation
• Process and maintain military operational and training material made of plastic, metal, and wood
• Advise, accompany, and monitor customers (troops and third parties) regarding collection and returns with respect to driving safety, accident prevention, maintenance, cleaning, and vehicle inventory
• Document completed work, ensure quality controls, and contribute to compliance with safety regulations

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training as Polymechanic EFZ, Agricultural Machinery Mechanic EFZ, Construction Machinery Mechanic EFZ, or an equivalent mechanical training
• Professional experience in mechanical manufacturing and maintenance, ideally in the field of machinery, plants, or military material
• Good knowledge of plastic processing (especially polyester and GRP work) as well as experience with metal and wood processing as well as conventional machines
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious way of working as well as manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility as well as willingness to work polyvalently in various specialist areas
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language as well as enjoyment in dealing with customers (troops and third parties)

In this role, you will work on versatile systems in the field of engineering and bridge material and will focus your daily work specifically on polyester and plastic work (GRP). You combine manual dexterity with mechanical tasks and are primarily responsible for professional maintenance.
