Construction Site Manager / Project Manager Large-Scale Construction Sites / Concrete Repair

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for construction sites & projects from the first contact with the client to the final invoice
• Scheduling responsibility for the entire project
• Leadership of site managers and construction clerks
• Supervision of work preparation (AVOR), measurement & billing including post-calculation & controlling
• Creation of addenda and negotiating them
• Conducting meetings with the site management as well as negotiations with suppliers
• Close cooperation with clients, site managers, dispatch, subcontractors, ARGE partners etc.
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, quality and costs

Your qualifications

• Completed basic training in the main construction industry with further training as a site manager, civil engineer, master builder or comparable
• Several years of experience in structural value preservation
• Proficient in the use of IT programs (MS-Office, Baubit PRO)
• High sense of responsibility as well as an independent & strong leadership personality
• Convincing appearance as well as assertiveness
