Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a permanent position with 1 - 3 years of experience as a Gardener Site Manager

Your challenge:

• Reviewing service contracts with all contents, components and agreements
• Reading plans and plan creation
• Customer advisory
• Construction management
• Various administrative tasks in the commercial, management and building authority areas
• Preparing offers while estimating risks and special circumstances
• Knowledge of construction machinery
• Landscape planning
• Project management horticulture
• Material procurement
• Construction site coordination
• Organizing the construction sites optimally, economically and entrepreneurially with all employees, machines and inventory while complying with the rules of construction
• Quality management
• Supervising reporting
• Operating optimal AVOR, thereby procuring documents, visiting future construction sites, [understanding] all construction processes
• CAD knowledge
• Natural stone and paving work
• Independent way of working
• Occupational safety
• Drainage concepts
• Measurement and billing
• Quotation system
• Schedule and cost control
• Garden planning
• Personnel management
• AVOR (work preparation)
• Calculation and specification
• Plant knowledge
• Negotiations with suppliers
