Your area of responsibility:

• Active collaboration in post-processing and manufacturing
• Support and deputy for the Department Manager in day-to-day operations
• Technical support and guidance for employees
• Setting up, operating and optimizing machines and production systems
• Participation in automation, process optimization and introduction of new technologies
• Support with technical problems and development of practical solutions
• Execution of first-piece, intermediate and quality inspections

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic technical training, e.g., as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Maschinenmechaniker or comparable training
• Further training at Meister, HF level or comparable qualification an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing or post-processing
• Good knowledge of machining, manufacturing and measurement technology
• Experience in quality assurance an advantage
• Interest in automation, new technologies and process optimization
• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of practical work
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as solid IT/ERP knowledge
