Mandated by a Prestigious Watch Manufacture, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Watchmaker to strengthen the customer service department.

Troubleshooting and fault detection
Uncasing and recasing the movement
Replacement of defective components or the complete movement
Performing dial and hands installation
Performing chronometry tests and power reserve control
Writing reports

Requirements ##

CFC watchmaker/repassateur
Professional experience as a watchmaker/repassateur of at least 2 years
Experience within a Customer Service or After-Sales Service department, a plus
Use of MS Office pack at an intermediate level (excel, word etc) is indispensable
Motivated, self-taught, analytical, autonomous and organized person
