Our customer is a medium-sized company specialized in the manufacture and processing of oxide ceramic materials and assemblies. They produce high-precision medical implants, components for the watch industry, mechanical engineering, and electronics.

Your main tasks include:

• Setting up, programming, operating, and monitoring CNC machining centers
• Independent production of serial parts according to technical specifications/drawings
• CAM programming with Mastercam
• Compliance with quality standards
• Participation in the optimization of production processes

Requirements:

• Completed training as a Polymechanic, specialization in production
• Several years of professional experience in the field of turning and programming
• Strong technical understanding
• Precise, flexible, and independent way of working with high teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new things in the processing of ceramics
• Willingness to work in shifts
• German in spoken and written form
