Der Neuhof in Birr is a co-educational institution recognized by the Confederation and the Canton with 48 residential places for young people aged 15 to 25 years. The young people are undergoing a civil or juvenile criminal law measure or a vocational measure of the IV. The wide range of residential, school, and training offers serves the social and professional integration of the clients.

In our metal construction department, we produce a wide range of products made of steel and chrome-nickel steel. Small and large orders from private customers and architects are executed and assembled on-site. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a/an

Metalworker (80 - 100 %)

to strengthen our team.

Your profile:

• Training as a Metalworker EFZ
• Experience in working with dissocial youths
• innovative, mature personality, minimum age 25
• high relationship and conflict resolution skills
• strong social competence
• Driver's license Cat. B
• User knowledge of Office

Your tasks:

• Supervision and training of apprentices in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Independent execution of customer orders in the company
• Assembly of orders at the customer's site
