A CNC setup assistant in production at 100% (M/F)

Your role
At the heart of our production tool, you ensure the preparation, assembly, and resetting of our CNC machining stations and contribute directly to the quality, pace, and performance of our productions.

Your responsibilities
Prepare, assemble, and reset the machining stations on our various CNC equipment (3-axis palletized milling machine, 4-axis machining center, and 3-axis lathe)
Carry out the production of high value-added parts, from loading to termination, while ensuring the necessary quality controls
Ensure the organization, order, and proper functioning of the production station
Master and apply the machining conditions for non-ferrous materials
Read and understand ISO CNC language, and perform the necessary tool corrections
Manage tool wear and replacement according to production needs
Control the quality of machined parts, identify dimensional, geometric, or aesthetic non-conformities, and adjust process parameters accordingly
Optimize campaign changes by applying SMED principles
Diagnose quality drift issues, adapt process conditions and parameters
Ensure the resetting of the production station at the end of a series
Autonomously manage the consumables necessary for production, including machining emulsions, lubricants, and packaging
Ensure self-control, apply SPC principles, and perform production and quality monitoring records
Ensure first-level maintenance of the equipment
Collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee the fluidity and performance of operations

Your profile
Training in production mechanics
Confirmed experience in CNC production and machining
Good understanding of machining processes, ideally on non-ferrous materials
Good knowledge of different CNC machining equipment (milling and turning)
Ability to read and understand ISO CNC language
Ability to analyze a machined part, identify non-conformities, and provide the necessary corrections
Good knowledge of control methods and ability to practice self-control and SPC
Comfortable with common IT tools, notably Excel and Word
Autonomous, rigorous, and performance-oriented
Team spirit and good communication skills
