Your area of responsibility:

• Leadership and development of the Heating | Sanitary team
• Overall technical responsibility for the specialist department
• Financial management of the Heating | Sanitary area
• Personnel management at team level
• Smooth running of daily business
• Resource planning and team utilization
• Order acquisition and customer care
• Part of the operational management

Your qualification:

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Heating or Sanitary Master or a university degree in the field of building technology
• Several years of experience in project management and successful implementation of heating and/or sanitary projects
• Proven leadership competence in the development of high-performance teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and sense of responsibility
