Construction Manager Road and Civil Engineering

Tasks:

• Management and organization of interesting construction sites until handover
• Planning of personnel deployment and employee leadership
• Responsible for the costs, deadlines and quality of the projects
• Negotiations with clients and architects
• Deployment and dispatching of vehicles, machines and equipment
• Guaranteeing quality, safety and environmental standards
• Timely preparation of interim and final measurements for billing
• Contact person for clients, subcontractors and authorities

Profile:

• Completed training in the construction sector with further education as a construction manager or engineer (FH/ETH)
• Proven professional competencies as a construction manager
• High social competence and teamwork skills
• Committed, motivated and confident personality
• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• High sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of common construction software as well as experience in the field of BIM is an advantage
