Production Employee

In our company with 30 employees, we develop, design, and produce tools and injection molds as well as high-tech precision parts made of plastic. In the in-house injection molding plant, the company's own tools are sampled and series are produced.

What we are looking for: A flexible and reliable personality who can be deployed as a floater in production on short notice and on call. You will take over substitutions, support during personnel shortages and production peaks, and contribute to a smooth production process with your versatile deployability.

Working days: Saturday and Sunday every 2 weeks

Your tasks:

• Operation and troubleshooting of the injection molding machines as well as the material conveyor system
• Cleaning the injection molding tool according to specifications and restarting the machine
• Checking, sorting, weighing, and packaging injection molded parts
• Ensuring the supply of plastic granules
• Setting up injection molding machines
• Warehouse management from raw material to finished product

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (EBA / EFZ) desirable
• Good technical understanding
• Professional experience in production (experience in injection molding is an advantage)
• Willingness for weekend shifts (every second weekend)
• Independent way of working
• Good German skills
