Shift Leader for Serial Production (m/f/d) ###

Your tasks ###

• You lead and coordinate up to 8 employees in serial production
• You ensure that the machines run, costs remain within the framework and deadlines are met
• You coach your team, resolve technical malfunctions and ensure first level support directly at the front
• Quality and hygiene are not just catchphrases for you, but the basis of your success

• You have experience in an industrial environment and the right leadership mentality for a dynamic team
• You think in processes, are technically proficient and love the efficiency of serial production
• Independent, reliable and decisive
• You move confidently on all levels and speak fluent German
