What awaits you:
Setup and monitoring of injection molding machines, unloading robots and post-processing systems
Ensuring smooth and high-quality production
Carrying out sampling, homologations and process optimizations
Planning and controlling production orders (deadlines under control, output in focus)
Instruction, supervision and support of the employees in the injection molding department
Documentation and analysis of manufacturing parameters as well as malfunctions
What you bring:
Mandatory qualification as a plastics technologist with experience in MIM/CIM or sound practical experience as a setup technician in injection molding (or comparable function)
Technical understanding of injection molding machines, machines, robots as well as system and process management
Quality awareness, initiative and focus on continuous optimization
Willingness to take on responsibility and pass on knowledge
Willingness to work in 2-shift operation ( Uhr)
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
