Construction Manager 80 - 100 %

The office realizes demanding architectural projects from the project idea through tendering and work planning to handover and warranty work. The role combines on-site construction management with tendering, cost and schedule control, as well as the management of contractors on the construction site.

Your tasks

• On-site construction management and management of the contractors involved in construction
• Coordination of all trades, monitoring of deadlines and quality
• Preparation of tender documents and bills of quantities
• Coordination with project management and architectural offices for contractor selection
• Cost control, construction accounting and scheduling
• Meetings and negotiations with contractors
• Orderly commissioning, handover, construction accounting and defect rectification

Your profile

• Vocational training as a Drafter with further training as a Construction Manager or dipl. Techniker/-in HF Bauplanung or Architect
• Several years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in Switzerland
• Responsible, structured way of working
• Solution-oriented and a team player
• Sound IT skills MS-Office and construction administration software
• German native language / very proficient
