Your future areas of responsibility

• Operating and setting up pad printing systems for printing dials and other watch components
• Monitoring the production process as well as performing quality controls
• Complying with quality standards according to the applicable guidelines
• Ensuring cleaning and maintenance work on the production systems
• Participating in the induction and training of new employees

Your skills and competencies

• Completed training as a plant operator, printing technologist or comparable technical training
• Alternatively several years of professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment
• Good knowledge in handling colors, lacquers and solvents
• High quality awareness as well as a careful and precise way of working
• Team-oriented, reliable and independent personality
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation)

Languages

• You have very good German skills, French is an advantage
