Le Service des écoles et du parascolaire (SEP) ensures the coordination and harmonization of activities common to the 15 educational establishments of the Ville de Lausanne in the management of students and classes.

Le collège de Beaulieu is part of the établissement primaire de Beaulieu and welcomes students from the 1st to the 6th primary year. The SEP is looking for a concierge at 100% whose missions will be to manage the concierge service in order to offer a quality service to the users of the school. The person must ensure efficient management of the concierge team and ensure that the establishment offers a safe, clean, and functional infrastructure for all users.

Main mission(s) ###

Manage concierge and cleaning work of the buildings in order to offer a quality infrastructure and service

Supervise, coach, and coordinate a concierge team consisting of 3 collaborators

Respect and ensure respect for safety instructions

Ensure general surveillance of the buildings, their premises, and the access points

Support users in the organization of events and ensure their technical management

Manage technical and automated management installations, as well as the routine maintenance of furniture

Ensure prevention among students and support to members of the teaching staff

Profile ###

CFC d'agent-e d'exploitation or a title deemed equivalent

2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position

Demonstrated professional experience in team management

Ability for interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and relational ease with interlocutors from various backgrounds and of all ages

Excellent command of French, both oral and written

Mastery of MS Office tools
