• Completed technical basic training in the industrial sector, for example as a Polymechaniker or Anlagen- und Apparatebauer
• Further education in the field of technology and maintenance at HF or FH level
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of a producing multi-shift operation
• Demonstrable leadership experience in a similar function
• Strong organizational talent as well as high sense of responsibility and strong-communication personality
