Caretaker or Specialist in Facility Management 100%

Your tasks

• Cleaning of the assigned property
• Window cleaning
• Inspection and maintenance of the technical systems
• Winter service and on-call service
• Garden maintenance
• Minor repairs

What we expect

• Professional experience or basic vocational training in cleaning
• Good technical knowledge and manual dexterity are an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license of class B/BE
• Readiness for occasional, irregular assignments
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, punctuality and a well-groomed appearance
