We are looking for an architectural drafter CFC (M/F) at 80-100% for one of our clients in the construction sector, active in the northern Vaud region.

Desired profile:

• CFC as an architectural drafter required * Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland * Good knowledge of AEAI fire protection requirements (AQ2 level), an asset * Mastery of standard IT tools in the sector including Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, archicad and Photoshop * Solid knowledge in building technology * Interest and good knowledge regarding subsidies for transformations * Organized, rigorous, pragmatic and possessing good interpersonal skills Your mission:
• Establish technical drawings at all phases of the project: sketches, preliminary design, final design, execution and detail plans + Compile and submit inquiry files + Perform surveys of existing buildings using laser scanning software + Perform measurements and ensure the monitoring of small construction sites + Prepare and manage tenders and calls for bids jpid2f448e8jm jpit0940jm jpiy26jm
